Currently there are no other manufacturers that are in the process to approving an E-scooter. Therefore the SELANA Alpha will be the only legal E-scooter once approved.

We have started production of the first batch of SELANA Alphas. We expect them to be ready in January. We are giving priority to the customers who reserved first. Customers who reserved earlier will receive their E-scooter first.

The sooner you order, the higher you will be on the waiting list and the sooner you will receive your SELANA Alpha. Next orders arrive in January 2026.

You may legally ride this model in the Netherlands. You must ride the E-scooter on the cycle path or on the far right side of the road if there is no cycle path. It is not permitted to ride the E-scooter on the sidewalk.

You will be provided with a plug-in charger. The charging port is located behind the front turning lights.

The range is influenced by weather conditions, outside temperature, driving style, speed, rider weight, landscape, tire pressure and quality of the battery.

The LG battery is of high quality and the most expensive part of your E-scooter. Batteries generally do not like frost and it is advisable to keep your battery inside if you do not ride your E-scooter during periods of frost. If you do not use the battery for an extended period of time it is recommended to be charged at least once every two months.

If your E-scooter breaks down, you must contact us to have it fixed. If it is fixed with third party parts, it may not be legally ridden anymore and the warranty will be nullified.

You may return the E-scooter within 14 days of receipt of the product. The E-scooter must be returned in the state it was received in.

Yes, according to Dutch law, you are required to insure your E-sscooter. You can do so with our official insurance partner, the ANWB.
