Today marked an exciting milestone for SELANA as Minister Barry Madlener, the Dutch Minister of Infrastructure, visited the RDW Test Center in Lelystad. The purpose of the visit was to explore the vehicle approval process, and we were proud to showcase the results of six years of dedication and innovation in developing our legal E-step.
The RDW, which is responsible for the admission and inspection of vehicles in the Netherlands, recently expanded its scope to include special mopeds such as E-scooters. During the visit, we had the opportunity to demonstrate SELANA's work and explain the meticulous process of meeting the strict type approval requirements necessary to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with national standards
Minister Madlener expressed his appreciation for the effort and expertise involved in creating our groundbreaking product and acknowledged the importance of sustainable mobility solutions like SELANA’s E-step for the future of urban transport.
As we move closer to completing the approval process, the excitement within our team is growing. SELANA’s legal E-step is set to redefine urban mobility, offering a safe, eco-friendly, and innovative solution for commuters.
